This agreement therefore includes the condition that you will under no circumstances attempt to blame Bob Powell for any errors or damage that the use of the information or code causes to your own software or to that of your friends and clients.

You also agree that Bob Powell may not be held responsible for any financial, physical, mental or percieved damage that arises from the use of information or code provided by this site unless such liability has been otherwise agreed in a formal contract of work between us.

When you use my contact form to send me unsolicited commercial offers for web-site traffic, paid advertising, link exchange or n million verified e-mail addersses for the incredible price of $?? you automatically agree to have your e-mail address published on my hall of shame page which has a hidden link from every single one of my pages. From which spambots may harvest your address and use it at will.
